Owner Operator Leases
DriveGlide INC. offers Owner Operator Leasing services to its operators. With this service, our operators can drive their own vehicle from us and drive it on their own terms. We provide them with a contract that specifies their responsibilities and terms of the lease. Our operators can choose from a wide variety of trucks, ensuring that their needs are met.
Employment Process
Metered
To be accepted into DriveGlide, applicants must meet the requirements defined on the application form. Applicants must have less than 3 ban records from TruckersMP a week before applying. Applicants must also pass their application review; which is reviewed by a Supervisor or a División Head; and must also pass a background check before being accepted. Long Distance
After completing training, Probationary Operators will be on a probationary period for 14 days. During this period, they will be able to learn about the company and get used to Trucky, TMP, and SP convoys.
Flat Rates
After passing their probationary period, operators will have full access to the company and may apply for in-company departments such as Internal Affairs, Human Resources, Logistics Operations and Public Relations.
